- Separate toilets
- A kitchen area, dining area with bar and 2 wooden stools, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, crockery
- A living room with corner bench, TV, coffee table and 2 wooden stools
- Also heating in all rooms (except kitchen and WC)
