Are pets allowed on your campsite?
YES, for a fee and limited to one pet.
Only possible on bare pitches and in some mobile home ranges.
What are the arrival and departure times?
For rentals: arrivals are between 4pm and 7pm and departures before 10am. These times may vary, so please contact the reception the day before to confirm.
For bare pitches: arrivals between 2pm and 7pm and departures before 12pm.
Is the water park accessible off season?
YES, IT IS. The water park is accessible from April to September ONLY for campsite guests.
However, the slides, the pool and the outdoor aquaplay are on at weekends and during school holidays only (or on request from reception).
Can I choose my pitch?
NO, YOU CAN'T. However, if you've been to the campsite before, you can always request a pitch and we'll do our best to fit you in, schedule permitting.
If you are coming with several families, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure that you are as close as possible.
Are sheets included in the rental?
NO, BED LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED. Pillows and duvets are provided but not sheets (except in the Taos range).
However, we do have rental kits of sheets, towels and bath mats for rent if you would like them.
Is wifi free?
YES and NO. You get 30 minutes free every 6 hours around the restaurant terrace (in the campsite entrance). Otherwise, paying packages are available online when you connect to the wifi, or at reception.
NB: Wifi is free with our Taos range.
How is my cottage equipped?
The cottages are equipped with crockery, cutlery and electrical appliances (microwave, television, hoover and coffee machine). Pillows and duvets are also provided, as are cleaning materials.
Is it possible to add a tent next to my mobile home?
NO, IT IS NOT. For insurance and safety reasons, we cannot exceed the maximum number of people in the mobile home and the maximum number of people per pitch.
Is there a children's and teenagers' club?
YES and NO. In July and August, there is a children's club for your little ones aged between 4 and 10. Teens can take part in the public events held throughout the day.
Are beach shorts allowed?
NO, THEY ARE NOT. For reasons of hygiene, beach shorts, wetsuits and dresses are FORBIDDEN.
Do I have to clean up when I leave?
YES. You must leave the accommodation clean. An inventory will be made with our team before your departure.
You have the option of taking the cleaning package (between €60 and €100 depending on the accommodation) so that it can be carried out by our team. It will still be necessary to clean the kitchen and empty the bins.
Can I visit someone on the campsite?
YES, for a fee (between €4 and €8 for an adult and between €2 and €6 for a child). As the campsite is private, please go to reception to get a visitor's wristband. Otherwise, the security guards will immediately remove you from the campsite.
