- A bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a sink.
- A kitchen area, a fridge, a microwave, a filtre coffee maker, a gas cooker, cutlery and crockery.
- Heating in the living room.
- A wooden deck of 11m² with garden furnitures (table,chairs and sunshade).
